  • Western Australia (WA) country areas, Far North Queensland, and Northern Territory (NT) outside of Alice Springs and Darwin: 7-10 business days.

Important Delivery Notes

  • PO Box Restrictions: Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Items:
    • Lost items: Notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a carrier investigation. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
    • Damaged items: Report damage or non-delivery within 10 days of the delivery ETA for resolution. Claims made after this timeframe may be declined.
